The Position

The position will report directly to the Controller.

Skills

  • Financial Reporting
    • Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls, systems and procedures to ensure both timely and accurate financial reporting
    • Ensure all third party invoices are appropriately recorded for the period
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly close journal entries
    • Prepare analysis and investigate all expense variances
  • Accounts Payable
    • Oversee the overall Accounts Payable function
    • Day to day management of the Accounting Coordinator
    • Assist with annual 1099 process
  • Banking
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
    • Audit petty cash
  • Payroll
    • Back-up for semi-monthly payroll processing
    • Assist Controller with annual W-2 reconciliation, ACA filings and 401(k) testing

    • Assist with annual internal audit
    • Work with Account Management concerning timely and accurate client billing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience

Quality Assurance Analyst

The Position

The QA Analyst is responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution must be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems.

The QA Analyst makes sure that testing is well defined, planned and executed. The analyst does this by ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live.

The QA Analyst is part of the tech team and works hand in hand with them to ensure a final product of the highest quality is delivered to our clients. They report to the Tech Director.

Skills

  • Create and execute test plans / checklists
  • Perform extensive QA on online interactive deliverables (Emails, Web Sites, Landing Pages, Banners, eDetail Sales aids, Mobile Apps etc.) for design and development
  • Proofread content
  • Validate copy, layout and ux interactivity
  • Perform bug tracking
  • Perform cross-browser/platform/OS compatibility testing while applying standard QA methods/best practices relevant to interactive media development process

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or advertising space
  • Double Click Studio Certification
  • Proficiency with Siteshooter, SnagIt, Paparazzi or Selenium
  • Proficiency with Jira, Unfuddle, Mantis or other bug tracking software
  • Ability to prioritize, triage, coordinate across teams, and communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with multiple platform testing, exploratory testing, and relevant testing tools
  • Understanding of the general lifecycle of an advertising campaign, preferred

The Position

Account Directors are responsible for leading all aspects of their client team, the client P&L, relationship building, marketing strategy, campaign development and management, and business analysis.  Through strategic leadership and vision, they drive long-term strategy and agency positioning with clients while developing agency services to drive the client business into the future.

  • Establish and nurture senior and executive level client relationships, building trust, credibility and client referral

The Position

Senior Account Executives are responsible for overseeing day-to-day client activities, assisting in client management and development, and collaborating with other departments and project managers to ensure work is delivered on strategy/brief, on-time and on-budget.  Senior AEs assist in organically growing client accounts.

Skills

  • Lead project documents for client and internal teams including creative briefs, media briefs, relevant sections of SOWs, scope documents and change orders
  • Responsible for the “paper trail” – write detailed meeting notes and client call reports.
  • Provide support in developing client presentations
  • Ensure client billing, extranet, and other administration duties run smoothly
  • Work closely with internal resources to understand the client’s business, brand, and marketing in order to contribute ideas
  • Proactively research and explore client brand and customer needs and attitudes
