Job Summary:

Full service interactive marketing agency seeks an individual to join the company in the role of Project Manager. You will be managing the timeline, resources and overall development of web sites, banner media, emails and other interactive media.

You'll be working in a cool, fun, laid-back, non-stuffy space with some of the most talented people in the business. We have super-fast internet access, a clean coffee maker and great music. You'll like it here. You must be self-motivated and comfortable with a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Account Executives to understand and execute client requests.
• Work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to develop business requirements and implementation plans.
• Manage the scope, resources, budget, and project schedule for emails, banners, and web development.
• Set expectations for deliverables and timing and motivate to deliver against them.
• Promote teamwork and coordination across team members.
• Ensure ability to track project progress in coordination with project financials.
• Oversee maintenance of the project plan with status updates.

Qualifications:

• MS Project/ MS Office
• Thorough understanding of web technologies (HTML/Java etc).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage to deadlines.
• Knowledge of enterprise software terminology and concepts helpful, experience in eCommerce processes and standards a must. Work samples may be requested during the selection process.
• Ability to develop and deploy tactical plans based on company priorities and guidelines.
• Proven ability to construct business cases and plans, including financial plans and cost / benefit analyses.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence team members across the organization.
• BS/BA in a Marketing or Information Technology / Computer Science discipline with relevant work experience.
• Pharmaceutical experience a plus
