Jefferson Radiology is a rapidly growing consortium of top-notch radiology clinics throughout Connecticut. Its online presence did not match Jefferson’s premier status, nor did it adequately meet the needs of Jefferson’s patient and healthcare provider audiences. Greater Than One conducted extensive research to understand the various needs of these user groups in order to develop a user-centric site strategy that made the complex and often intimidating field of radiological care accessible to both patients and providers alike.

A new Jefferson Radiology brand personality was rolled out online through the redesigned website’s design and messaging. The approach is professional, sophisticated, clean, and human, and showcases Jefferson’s breadth of specialties.

Through intuitive clinical service finders, patients can easily access information about what they can expect during their exams or treatments. They can also request appointments directly through the site. Referring doctors benefit from easy connectivity to Jefferson Radiology services, including the ability to text for immediate access to physicians. Information to order radiological services is listed by referring specialty; and a new login area allows physicians to view radiology reports directly online.
